Kids Link is sponsored by The Mental Health Association of Okaloosa/Walton Counties and partially funded by the Department of Children and Families. The program provides a link to mental health and substance abuse services for children ages 1 to 21. The network is designed to help families, caregivers, and educators of children find appropriate resources for information and help.
